Set out below are charges that are not included in the price of the product together with details relating to special or additional services that are available.

ORIGINATION CHARGES

All orders require a screen, die or template, and the cost of this is stated on each product.

ARTWORK

To produce your logo we require artwork, which can be accepted in most digital formats on zip, CD or via email. Please contact us for full artwork specification requirements and further assistance. Basic artwork for products will set free of charge from given details. Any artwork supplied will be received on the understanding Dr Print (UK) Ltd is not responsible for any copyright or legal ownership. An inkjet or laser proof will be sent before production, and production will not commence until written approval has been received from an authorized person.

PROOFS

If you would like to see a representation of your order prior to production this is possible in most cases and two options are available;
a) A paper proof – photographic, black and white representation – Cost £10.00
b) A printed proof – supplied on the appropriate item, printed to the correct size and colour – Cost £30.00 per colour per design. This charge is in addition to the cost of the dies or screens required.

LEAD TIMES

Will be advised specifically depending on your order. Most products will be despatched 2/3 weeks from receipt of artwork approval. Faster turn around is possible upon request but may incur a surcharge. Whilst every effort will be made to despatch goods on time we do not accept liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

PRINT SIZE AND POSITION

Unless specified, the size and positioning of the printing will be at the discretion of the printer.

COLOUR MATCHING

Printed PMS matches are approximate and may differ on different substrates. Every care will be taken to achieve the desired effect. If an exact match is required with no tolerance, (this may incur an extra charge) we recommend that you request a proof (see proofs above). Failing this no liability can be accepted for colour variation.

QUANTITIES VARIANCE

Printed goods may be subject to 5% over or under run. The quantity supplied will be charged for.

SAMPLES

You can always inspect a sample before you order. Most samples sent for consideration are charged for and will be credited providing they are returned in good condition within 21 days. More expensive samples may need to be secured with a deposit.

COMPANY LOGOS

The products shown in this catalogue are personalised to show the effect that can be obtained, but do not necessarily imply that the products have been supplied or endorsed by the owners of the trademarks featured.

SECOND COLOUR OR POSITION PRINTING

Available on most products – Prices on application.

VAT

Prices are subject to VAT rate prevailing at time of dispatch.

CARRIAGE

Prices shown are ex-works. Carriage is charged on all orders.

RISK AND TITLE

a) Risk in the goods passes when they are delivered to the customer.
b) Not withstanding the earlier passing of risk title in the goods shall remain with the Company and shall not pass to the customer until the amount due under the invoice for them has been paid in full.
c) Until title passes the Customer shall hold the goods as bailer for the Company and shall store or mark them so that they can at all times be identified as the property of the company.
d) Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you in respect of the goods shall be limited to the contract value of the goods.

PRICING

Prices are effective from 1st January 2013 and are exclusive of VAT (E&OE). Prices are per item unless otherwise stated for quantities shown. Should your requirements be for a larger quantity, please contact our Sales Department. All prices are subject to fluctuation due to factors beyond the Company’s control.

PAYMENT

Pro-forma invoice for customers without an account. Credit terms available subject to status.
